Nikia Coley, Administrative Coordinator
Nikia joined the AFTA team in February 2017, as Assistant to then Director of Operations, Kim Cox. In August 2017, she was named the Administrative Coordinator, responsible for implementing policies, plans, programs and initiatives; organizing and overseeing the day-to-day operations; and ensuring compliance with all contractual and legal obligations of the organization.
Nikia is very proud of her work at AFTA and looks forward to growing with the organization, for years to come.
Kate Wotanowicz, Project Administrator
Kate joined the AFTA team in November 2017, as Administrative Assistant. She has a Bachelor's in Psychology from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Prior to working with AFTA, Kate was the Program Coordinator for The Bella Vita, A Beautiful life Psychology Group in Los Angeles. After success in that role, she was offered the position of Social Media Manager within that organization. Joining AFTA in 2017, Kate was tasked with managing membership, accounting duties, website maintenance and general administrative duties that support Nikia. Kate currently lives in the Syracuse, NY area.
